I’ve recently begun a new role as an Endoscopy Account Manager at Olympus, covering GI & Respiratory capital in the Washington D.C. area. My responsibilities include endoscopy capital sales, management of current accounts & contracts, renewing & selling Olympus Service for endoscope repairs, facilitating evaluations of new technology, supporting physicians & staff during their adoption of new equipment. I consult with Hospitals & ASCs to coordinate & plan for their Endoscopy procedures and growing therapeutic needs. I present age analysis of current equipment to make industry best practice recommendations for upgrading equipment and assist with providing quotations for budget planning. I communicate with Nurse Managers/Administrators, CFOs, Business Directors, Supply Chain, Contracting/Sourcing Directors, Biomedical Engineering, IT, Sterile Processing Departments, GI & IP Physicians. I cross collaborate with many internal business units, including Enterprise Solutions, Financial Services, Respiratory, EndoTherapy, Systems Integration, Field Service Engineering, Service Contracts & Endoscopy Support Specialists. My experience in GI began as an EndoTherapy Territory Manager at Olympus. My responsibilities included endoscopy device sales & expertise, account servicing & support for GI Physicians, nurses & technicians within hospitals and outpatient surgery centers. I proudly achieved Quota Busters Award in my first 2 years & was awarded ETM of the month for the top sales ranking in the Eastern US. Grew my territory by 40%. Prior to Olympus, I spent 4 years as a Psychiatry Specialty Representative at AbbVie Pharmaceuticals (Allergan) with experience in the CNS and Cardiovascular space. Rookie of the Year winner for the Mid-Atlantic South Area in my first year with the company (2019). 4x Divisional Rep of the Quarter (Q3 2021, Q2 2021, Q1 2020, Q3 2019). Regional Rep of the Quarter Q3 2021. REACH leadership development trained. Teamwork Award & Care More Award winner in Q1 2020. Champion’s Circle winner in 2019, finishing in top 15%. Top 22% finish nationally in 2021.Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Management from East Carolina University. Retired professional softball player for the Akron Racers in the National Professional Fastpitch (NPF) league, drafted #22 overall. Graduated from N.C. State University with a B.S. in Sport Management. Student-athlete on the N.C. State Softball team, ACC Pitcher of the Year award (2013), ACC Honor roll 2011-2015, & Dean's List member (2011-2015).
