As well as escort all fans onto the field and helped answer any questions they had on and off the field. I also had the opportunity to work as an Accounting Temp Associate. While working in this capacity I prepared invoices and statements for payments. I also was given the responsibility of converting paper documents to digital copies in order to help our department become more efficient. While working as a Temp IT Service Desk Assistant, I provided Wi-Fi support on Game Days at NRG Stadium which included pre-game checks as well as responding to incidents during the game. When working in the office, I was responsible for providing support for service desk incidents as well as setting up new employee's workstations or adjusting current employee's equipment. I also was assigned a major task when first taking on this role to work with another individual to image over 100 laptops within a month so they could be deployed to the coaching staff prior to training camp.
