I leverage my technical background in bioengineering to counsel clients across a wide range of industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, semiconductors, software, electronics, mechanical devices, virtual reality, and interactive entertainment.I have represented clients at trial. I have litigated high-stakes cases in federal court, at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), at the International Trade Commission (ITC), and before arbitration panels. I have significant experience in all stages of litigation — ranging from claim investigation to achieving a successful jury verdict. I have been instrumental in preparation of pleadings and motions, management of complex discovery processes, preparation of fact and expert witnesses for deposition and trial, and in settlement negotiations, and have taken depositions.
