I leverage my extensive experience in retail facility management and commercial construction to deliver solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my customers.Before starting my own business in 2019, I worked for Verizon for over 24 years, the last 15 in the global real estate department managing projects, disaster recovery, preventive maintenance, and reactive repairs for retail stores across multiple states. Prior to that I supervised a technical staff of over 90 and ensured quality standards and compliance in the repair department throughout TN.I have strong problem-solving, analytical, and coaching skills that enable me to handle complex and diverse challenges in the field.
