I'm a senior at University at Buffalo, aspiring to be a physical therapist. As an exercise science major, I love learning about the human body and how it works is really interests me. Since I learned that people can prevent injury from occurring by having a healthy body, I want to help improve others quality of life through their fitness and health.I have taken course work on how to prescribe fitness programs and have worked with people of all ages. I want to be able to help people get fit and use what I have learned my classes to help others. I have volunteered by time at a physical therapy clinic and learned to give basic instructions to patients.I would love to continuing to learn about the human body and apply what I have learned to help others.
