Hello 👋I'm Emily, CEO of I.G. Advisors, an award-winning, London-based B Corp specialising in social and environmental change. We partner with nonprofits, businesses, and philanthropists to achieve lasting impact through strategy development, implementation support and sector transformation projects. I'm also an experienced coach, guiding social impact leaders to connect with their purpose, develop their skills and lead the change we all need to see in the world. And, one of my biggest passions lies in facilitating workshops that enable diverse groups to co-create elegant solutions to complex problems. I thrive on helping people listen deeply to each other and find the most constructive and impactful way forward.I frequently speak at major sector events, panels, and conferences on topics like fundraising, social impact, systems change, and philanthropy. In 2021, I was honoured to be named one of Citywealth Magazine's Top Recommended Philanthropic Advisors, and in 2022, I was selected as one of the City of London’s 30 Civic Futures Fellows.I'm also a somewhat prolific board member. Civic Futures Fellow 2022Greater London Authority Sep 2022 - Sep 2023London, GbI was selected as one of 30 Civic Futures Fellows, as part of a fellowship facilitated by Koreo, Dark Matter Labs and The Young Foundation, in partnership with the Greater London Authority. This fellowship includes activists and organisers, artists and curators, social entrepreneurs and frontline, charity and local government workers, to facilitate peer connection, exploration and inquiry, systems thinking, and collaboration. It starts by asking: how can we build shared wisdom in making the transition to a better future? Co-ChairGood Night Out Campaign Nov 2019 - Jun 2023Good Night Out Campaign CIC is for safer nightlife, believing that nights out should be about fun and freedom, not fear. We work to end sexual harassment and assault in venues, bars, clubs, pubs and festivals across the world. We deliver an accreditation programme to licensed premises, event promoters and organisers, students’ unions and many other nightlife organisations. We help them to better understand, respond to and ultimately prevent sexual harassment and assault in their spaces. We also work in partnership with councils, licensing teams, women’s organisations and other charities. -
