I led the development and management of the licensure learning ecosystem created for the nearly 800K members of the United States’ Propane Industry. I managed a $5M annual budget to develop a task-based, modularized, on-the-job educational curriculum and delivered instructional design and gamification for instructor-led, e-Learning, synchronous, and asynchronous forms of learning for state associations and employers. ►Initiated and executed the modernization of the organization’s certification and other training programs and reconceptualized learning for greater impact and accessibility, including converting an eight-hour training course into a microlearning available via mobile devices.►Delivered a total of six major content programs within six months, including introductory courses of the Certified Employee Training Program (CETP), a recognized industry certification program.►Recruited, onboarded, and managed nine training development vendor contracts totaling $3M.►Created time efficiencies for both course takers and instructional developers by rebuilding the curriculum map for all programs and modules to eliminate redundancies and seized the opportunity to reuse modules for different courses. ►Sourced, trained, and integrated internal training development tools, including newly implemented tools to support the organization’s transition to virtual collaboration.
