  As a Pharmacy Assistant at Pharmacy 4 Less, I address customer's problems, assist with prescripts, medication and provide profession advice.I prepare antibiotic mixtures and steroid solutions and gather necessary paperwork.I also manage the computer software LOTS to receive invoices and Microsoft excel to generate spreadsheets.I serve approximately 350 customers each day, and treat each person individually.Key Achievements:- Created a professional network with Doctors, Pharmacists and Managers.- Taught new workers the system and product information- Raised the average basket sale from $20 to $25 and therefore raising profit.- Assisted with dispensing around 400 scripts on a weekday
