Emily Wray is a faculty member at Full Sail University, where she teaches and mentors students in the Media Communications program. She is also the founder of Make Sense Media, a coaching and consulting company that helps individuals and organizations improve their communication and feedback skills.With over 17 years of experience in L&D, Emily is the creator of the RISE Model, a tool that structures and facilitates the giving and receiving of meaningful feedback. She is the author and instructor of the online course "How to Be Better at Feedback" and the convener of the "RISE to the Conversation" community of practice. Emily's passion is to create safe and engaging experiences that inspire and motivate people to grow and develop. She works with leaders, managers, coaches, and consultants from various sectors and industries, using the RISE Model to enrich their personal and professional communication.
