Current- Executes various lines of business including Technology, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Accounting & Finance; develop go to market strategy and determine internal staffing needs.
- Oversee full cycle recruiting and business development across multiple verticals, review daily metrics and produce monthly and annual forecasting.
- Extensive new business development; sourcing, initial client qualification, identifying potential end users/decision makers, establishing contact relationships, completing company and department profiles, candidate.
- Lead strategic talent pipeline, including market insights for high level Executive searches.
- Recruit, hire and develop internal talent including business development, recruiting, and full desk staffing professionals.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for specific jobs, utilize various sourcing techniques and next-gen recruiting avenues.
