As a part of the Fitness World IT Operations team, I had the pleasure of providing technical support to all branches of the organization.This position required a comprehensive understanding of the various business processes and systems utilized across the organization.Apart of the daily operations I was a part of several new implementations.Main Accomplishments:Implemented several automated workflows in the Support department. Mainly regarding employee on/off-boardingTransitioned Endpoint Management to Cloud and worked closely with implementation specialists to ensure a good transitional foundation.- Specified Requirements- Software Migration- Device Compliance- Device Configuration- Automated device On/Off-boardingUpgrading existing infrastructure to accommodate a Cloud-Only transition.

Employed to assist IT Operations for the Danish division of L'oreal. Tasks have consisted of first and second line support for L'oreal employees with a strong emphasis on a stable and satisfactory resolution process. In addition to daily tasks, I have also provided assistance in project-related tasks that required knowledge of SCCM and Powershell scripting.

Employed to assist the Welltec IT team in daily operations. Welltec is an international production company with multiple locations, thus support has primarily been provided through Teamviewer and RDP. Support tasks have included user creation and rights assignment, assistance with setup and support for the company's CAD and financial management systems, Microsoft 365, and support for remote work setups due to COVID-19.

Updating and patch-manageing Windows 10 Clients.

Employed in the support section of Denmark's (At the time) largest Windows 10 rollout project. The aim of the project was to upgrade all 50,000 administrative clients of the organization from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I have handled reported errors from users, including but not limited to driver errors, hardware and software incompatibility, printer errors, and errors in the installation of Windows itself.

Deployment of Microsoft 365 Multi-Factor Authentication for a company with 4000 users. This task primarily consisted of first line support via telephone and in-person support for employees who came to us. The goal was to enroll 70% of the company's employees in the service during the contract period. The final result was 85%.

I et team på 28 medarbejdere har jeg gennem hele mit elevforløb været en del af den daglige drift. Mine primære arbejdsopgaver har hovedsageligt været fokuseret på drift af ca. 4000 mobile enheder og support af dem gennem MDM. Herudover har jeg været med på et projekt der omhandlede udskiftning af 1100 administrative Pc’er samt opsætning, troubleshooting og kontinuerlig support af disse. Supporten på PC området har hovedsageligt fokuseret på Citrix, VPN, Exchange og Office 365.

Primært salg af medlemskaber for Forbrugerrådet Tænk samt gensalg til tidligere medlemmer. Ydermere har jeg siddet med på test kampanger for bl.a Danmarks Naturfrednings forening, Alt om Haven og IF Forsikring.
