Turkey branch of French energy and petrochemicals company Total produces mineral oil for automotive, marine and industrial use.Upon resignation of the former IT Coordinator, working on that position with full official responsibility and authorization during their search for new internal employee IT Coordinator, including candidate evaluation and upcoming IT Coordinator’s orientation and hands-on training.The tasks include administration of the local systems, coordination of service and hardware vendors, budgeting, lifecycle management, service delivery coordination of global systems for TR users including SLA measurement and evaluation and asset management through ITSM system, direct in touch with the central IT management in Paris, while all task performed strictly through Total Global Information Systems procedures and documentation.

Austria’s largest company working in gas&oil exploration, production and sales&marketing, OMV AG operates on gas and electricity production and sales in Turkey.OMV AG was also the whole owner of the largest oil company of Turkey, Petrol Ofisi.During the selling process of Petrol Ofisi to Vitol, hired by OMV AG as IT Country Service Manager for OMV TR companies.OMV AG has operations all over the world, including Turkey, Austria, the UK, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Russia, Northern Iraq, Yemen, Pakistan, New Zealand and so on.Being IT Country Service Manager for OMV TR companies, direct reporting to Vienna Headquarters, responsible for seamless access to OMV IT services for TR employees.The tasks include but not limited to budgeting, procurement, lifecycle handling, inventorying, delivery and maintenance of end-user and infrastructure equipment, managing contracts and service qualities of 3rd party vendors through “service level agreements”, determining issues and escalating them to the relevant support teams, attendance either via videoconference or personally in Vienna and Bucharest to regular daily, weekly, monthly and annual meetings with colleagues in Vienna and Bucharest where most IT systems and services reside in OMV PETROM datacenter, with the final goal of ensuring customer satisfaction in IT services.
