Turkey branch of French energy and petrochemicals company Total produces mineral oil for automotive, marine and industrial use.Upon resignation of the former IT Coordinator, working on that position with full official responsibility and authorization during their search for new internal employee IT Coordinator, including candidate evaluation and upcoming IT Coordinator’s orientation and hands-on training.The tasks include administration of the local systems, coordination of service and hardware vendors, budgeting, lifecycle management, service delivery coordination of global systems for TR users including SLA measurement and evaluation and asset management through ITSM system, direct in touch with the central IT management in Paris, while all task performed strictly through Total Global Information Systems procedures and documentation.
