Captain of the culture team of Güneş Köyden Doğuyor Project of TDP student club at Bilkent University. As the culture team, we aim to enhance the people's general knowledge and educate them. Our principle is to show children other cultures and expand their worldviews. Teach them to approach problems from a different point of view and motivate and inspire them.

As a student instructor at Bilkent University's English Summer Camp for high school students, I kept order among the students and provided them with a safe and enjoyable atmosphere in which to complete their studies and spend their leisure time. I was in charge of organizing the summer camp and assisting the high school students who attended. I was responsible for answering their questions about the university and the city, assisting them with any problems they encountered, ensuring their safety during the camp, assisting the teachers who were teaching in the camp to coordinate the students, and informing the camp executives about the students' conditions and events that occurred. I was available for my job 24 hours a day, seven days a week because I was living with the students in the dormitory and they could contact me with any concerns they had throughout the day. I was able to establish a strong relationship with them despite the fact that they were much younger than me, and this opportunity allowed me to improve my communication skills with both the organization's executives and pupils. Having a solid relationship with both sides led to them trusting me, which made my job lot easier because they could communicate and operate with me much more easily. There were no unfavorable circumstances with my contribution to the camp; everything went according to the plan that my bosses requested me to complete. Finally, all of the pupils completed the camp successfully. This position helped me build confidence because I realized that I could handle more than 60 kids while ensuring their safety, effectively completing all of the tasks assigned to me by my instructors, and alerting my executives of everything that occurred.
