-Determination of Fund Transfer Pricing(FTP) for consumer and commercial customers -Managing marketing of treasury products for Credin’s customers directly in coordination with marketing and sales teams-Monitoring foreign currency net short and forward positions for all available balance sheet currencies, supporting to act in accordance to remain within position limits-Following market trends for new products to support meeting potential future customer needs in timely manner-Controlling successful execution / settlement of day to day customer transactions from liquidity management perspective-Communicating closely with banks, investment companies and local product partners to ensure smooth market business operations-Supporting preparation of business plans, forecasts and revenue reports-Supporting preparation of daily market reports for avoiding to maturity mismatch-Ensure the highest level of return on cash with the most appropriate maturity and rates under the cash flow plan-Follows up and supervises the daily,weekly,monthly collection cycle-Interacts with Sales, Customer Operations and Legal (if necessary) to manage unpaid collection-Follows up and supervises the daily treasury transactions, daily cash management and determine cash flow need and debt facilities management-Maintain banking relationships, maintain credit rating agency relationships, develop risk management controls and systems-Preparing management and board reports

- Participation in the generation and development of IMB dedicated unit covering international and multinational companies- Development and implementation of structures, business model and communication strategy under IMB- Preparing credit proposals, documentation and regular credit review-Coordinating loan implementation and execution, including profitability calculation and interactions with Legal, Compliance, Credit and the various stakeholders-Having knowledge and understanding of financial markets and economic environment-Being responsible for monitoring and evaluating current events, valuation and other financial information on the clients of the group- Customized solutions for various banking products and tools in cooperation with IT and Product teams (i.e. Straight/Reverse Direct Debiting System as a collection and payment tool with maturity option, Salary Payment System via Corporate Internet Banking and/or SFTP with online approval system, Businesscard reporting system entegration (concur), reporting systems, etc. developed as per the needs of the clients)- Portfolio responsibility for over 100 multinational companies and groups- Relationship management focused on corporate multinational clients with links to Austria/Germany/Italy/French/Switzerland/USA/Japan-Assisting to monitor and review loan condition periodically-Conducting weekly or monthly business analysis and prepare the dashboard-Cultivating long-term relationship with customers and explore new business opportunities through marketing and cross-selling bank products- UniCredit network cooperation

-Ensure the portfolio administration and risk management of each client relationship is in compliance with established credit policy, procedure and business strategy as well as commercial and regulatory guidelines.-As appropriate to experience, co-manage commercial relationships by analyzing financial data to determine the merits of specific loan requests, and recommend structure as well as aggressively managing the client relationship-Responsible for credit risk and quality of the portfolio.-Assist with due diligence/analysis with new client relationships, opportunity memos as appropriate.-Partner with the Relationship Manager as the point of a contact for the client; acting as a liaison to theCredit Department, the Commercial support staff and other internal business partners.-Provide advice and counsel to clients regarding trends and conditions of the business environment, capital markets and general banking trends.-Monitor loan repayment activities and financial condition of borrowing clients and take necessary action to collect past due accounts and ongoing repayment ability of all other accounts. Assume overall responsibility for the credit quality of the loan portfolio.-Manage the renewal process by working with the Relationship Manager the client and the credit department.-As a contact manager for non-borrowing accounts and loan clients for matters relating to other banking services.-Responsible for identifying cross sales opportunities of all bank products including Treasury Management, International Banking, Private Banking, Wealth Management.

-Identified cash management opportunities within the existing customer base and new prospects fromthe marketplace with appropriate solutions/products to be sold.-Monitored customers’ requirements continuously to ensure that expectations are met.-Planned new product launches with Product Management team and ensure that new products andservices meet planned revenue and volume projections.

-Investigate and reply customer concerns on time and maximize customer satisfaction.-Report customer concerns throughout the company and track actions taken.
