I worked on the User Management System project. This project allows adding new employees for the company, removing employees who left the company, changing the personal information, contact information and positions of the employees. Thanks to this project, the control and follow-up of company employees can be achieved through the system. As much as it contributed technically, my internship allowed me to put my theoretical skills to the test in real-world situations. During my internship, I learned HTML, CSS and Javascript languages in detail. Learning React in Javascript and its extensions Formik, React Axios, Jest and other libraries helped me a lot and took up a large part of my internship.

I worked on the Household Workforce Survey Mobile Application for most of my internship. Thanks to this application, it was possible to enter the data that had to be entered manually, previously collected by the interviewers, on a digital platform. Thus, both the mistakes made by the interviewers were minimized and the employees of the institution got rid of a process that took weeks and had a high margin of error. In addition, I had the opportunity to meet the end-user and learn what kind of needs are in practice for software. My internship gave me the chance to test my theoretical knowledge in practice as much as it contributed technically. Thus, I learned business relations and fulfilling what is expected of an employee. I prepared the interface and functions for the android mobile application using Java and XML languages, and the database using SQL.My other side project was mostly on software development processes. Here, the employees of the institution could not do their work efficiently because of the software they used. Our aim was to create a bridge between the software company and the employees of the institution and to produce the necessary solutions.

Our graduation project was a web-based GitHub dashboard to enhance collaboration among software developers and create an efficient and user-friendly interface for GitHub. Our project sought to address issues related to work distribution and active participation in software development teams. I specifically focused on developing Truck-Factor algorithms, crucial for identifying key project contributors vital to a project's sustainability. To achieve this, I meticulously researched existing literature and crafted three distinct algorithms using Python, including one from scratch. These algorithms helped assess the most influential contributors to a project. Our project also relied on the GitHub REST API to facilitate data retrieval and visualization.
