I was assigned to Beyçelik Gestamp company especially in the hot stamping and hemming line. I was interested in how to manage the situation in case of any failure, as well as the function and maintenance steps of both mechanical and electronic parts by being on the line during maintenance. I had the opportunity to see and be present in the company, not only in the maintenance department, but also in the production and quality departments. From the entrance of a sheet to the factory, to its final state and exit; I examined and made improvements from sample quality examinations and experiments, and the poor performance caused in production. I was actively assigned to Kaizen and 5s studies.
