The purpose of the association is to promote gamification through the practical application of game elements in real life, increase the use of technology through gamification, and elevate the education level and quality of society by integrating gamification and technology. As a member of the core team consisting of 52 individuals within the association, I contribute to the development support for the Erasmus projects of the association.

In my role as the Captain of the Digital Game Design team within the community, I orchestrate educational sessions and workshops focused on the gaming industry by inviting notable figures from the field on a weekly basis. To deepen our understanding of the gaming sector internally, we engage in activities such as mini-game jams, various events, and networking sessions.This position is providing me with valuable experience in managing a large community, leadership, strategic planning, mentoring, and diverse skill sets.

During my tenure, I engaged in one major and several minor projects. My primary role within the company was as a game developer, where I took responsibility for all aspects, including the backend, throughout the duration of the projects. The Product Development Lead guided me in utilizing Keycloak technologies for the backend of the games. In the aftermath of these projects, I gained valuable experience in various areas, such as Keycloak magic link implementation, Keycloak authentication, API integration with Unity, implementation of JavaScript functions in Unity, multiprogramming, and Webgl. This hands-on experience allowed me to apply the knowledge I acquired, enhancing my skills in these domains.

I was a member of Sign2future's web development team. I contributed with use of admin panel. The website is asp.net based so I also supported front-end with html, css and javascript tasks when needed.

During the time I worked here I participated in 23 games. My roles were level design of the games, testing, reporting, and helping with fixing the bugs. I also conducted my personal projects in my free time. I have experienced a Soft Launch process with one of our games which taught me stress and time management, meeting the deadlines, efficient working in stressful situations, being coordinated with my team.

I participated in 8 projects during my internship as a Game Developer. In the games I developed, I also produced the models, created level design and polished the game myself. This experience taught me how to manage time, projects and use my skills efficiently under deadlines.
