• Preparing feasibility studies for the fleet type change, additional flight, route change and cancellation in terms of commercial and operational aspects.• Making scheduling studies for any action on the fleets.• Improvements on weekly, monthly and seasonal schedules in order to maximize the utilizations.• Monitor the profitability of existing routes by closely following the sales data, and take necessary actions accordingly.• Collaborate with various departments(Sales, Operation etc.) to minimize setbacks on the schedule and maximize revenue.• Developing strategy to enhance operational&commercial effectiveness by analyzing data and future predictions.• Tracking flight permissions (landing, new aircraft, wet-lease etc.) and preparing alternative scenarios in case of any problems.• Coordination with maintenance planning, crew planning, operation control center, capacity planning and region sales&operation offices.• Responsible from all schedule activities for the Far East&Southeast Asia region.• Preparing necessary reports and key notes for executives about the situation of the region.
