Assisted in making decisions on funding ITFC operations and other financing requirements and supported to manage debt capital raising strategy, creating and executing the structures finance, hedging and cash management strategies. Enhanced the bank’s capacity to assist customers with specialized trade finance needs through structured products,  Identified the bank’s core customers and developing customized trade finance solutions for the benefit of the customers and implementing client strategies to retain and grow the business. Generated and maintained excellent relationships within the business communities in the MENA region. Expanded the Middle East market by developing position and selling personal banking products to institutional and private clients. Delivered regional flow business, including documentary credit, project finance, and structured trade finance (STF)facilities.  Managed representative reporting process to the regional CEO, executing the country risk and exposure limits reports to the regional office most efficiently and productively. Increased the income significantly by creating a diversified C&I portfolio in 2006. Generated the highest revenue in 2005, becoming the most significant trade finance and cash management solution provider among the regional teams by creating a regional bank and company portfolio and expanding the network. Created and arranged several structured trades and pre-export financing facilities in the steel and petrochemical industries, totaling $1B. Expanded the treasury business of the bank by educating clients to hedge their risk exposure across both wholesale and consumer banking. Managed trade finance transactions, letters of credit-related payments and L/Cs issued by counterparty banks. Achieved arranging the first interest rate swap (IRS) in the region and generated $500K of revenue from one transaction. Acted a vital role in organizing and syndicating several financial facilities for large regional corporates.
