With over 13 years of experience in the education sector, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader and strategist who strives to improve and support people-centered mission and values for impact at the organizational and policy levels. Most recently as the Senior Director of Outreach and Enrollment at Impact Public Schools, I supported the development and growth of four elementary schools, managed a budget as well as the formation and development of a team, and designed and implement data systems and community partnerships to achieve enrollment and application targets.My core competencies include program and project management, data analysis and storytelling, strategic human resource management, strategic planning, curriculum development and instruction, coaching, cross-functional team leadership, collaboration, management, and influence. I have successfully managed the COVID-19 response across stakeholders, worksites, and staff groups, developed protocols and initiatives for equitable allocation and staffing of resources, and conducted research and analysis on education finance policy and practice. I hold a Master's degree in Education Policy, Organizations, Leadership, and Systems Studies from the University of Washington, a Certificate in Education Finance and Policy from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
