• Completed initial analyses of supplier capacity versus demand for AP1000 components procured by Westinghouse. Developed an MS Excel model, which summarizes supplier capacity verses demand and highlights potential.
• Developed AP1000 Job Creation modeling, which was used to lobby congress for nuclear loan guarantees.
• Managed the quality assurance Corrective Actions Program (CAPs) for the Westinghouse SCM organization. Developed automated Lotus Notes extracts and reporting for SCM CAPs.

• Manufacturing Manager / Tactical Factory Performance Coordinator:
• Coordinated shiftly manufacturing resources for the entire factory, including 15 manufacturing supervisors who oversaw ~150 manufacturing technicians.
• Continually monitored the factory line performance and equipment health to proactively focus resources on current and projected factory constraints.
• Monitored and presented daily factory performance with respect to safety, quality, factory output and limiters, automation issues, and construction activities.Senior Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer:
• Worked directly with the manufacturing management to set factory line performance goals and lead a team which diagnosed, responded to and remedied line performance issues.
