Performance Consultant/Program Manager
CurrentStrategic partner to management across several small to mid-size revenue-generating teams globally to ensure alignment of key program deliverables with business objectives and maximize KPIs at product level. - Collaborate with leadership to design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs; synthesize data into actionable recommendations to enable better management of the existing product portfolio- Translate data into impactful stories to help inform management decisions, explain driving forces behind the performance metrics of different brands, and advise on opportunities for continuous improvement- Track key performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness; develop and distribute post-sales surveys to analyze the effectiveness of communication and continue to fine-tune sales negotiation strategies to drive revenue growth- Led the introduction of a new learning platform for the team and quickly achieved a 95%+ log-in rate following launch, an outcome that has not yet been achieved elsewhere in the organization 5 months after the project start- Drive a culture of inclusivity and engagement within the organization by coordinating a variety of activities that allow the teams to celebrate together and create a sense of cohesion within a geographically dispersed community
