Develop relationships with churches, pregnancy centers, and parents. Create and manage social media communications. Contact and encourage church and community leaders to attend national events. Coordinate creative projects with creative team(photo, video, web design, rebranding, etc.)

Plan and coordinate all activities for weekend/week-long camps for 200-350 students in Pittsburgh, Michigan and Haiti. Mentor and develop staff and volunteers. Partner city-wise with ministry leaders to reach students with the Gospel.

Execute 75 events nationwide - set up and tear down equipment. Train and develop volunteers for administration and hospitality. Guest services. Public speaking and acting during each show. Counseling teens following each event. Informative and creative communication and followup with the home office, board members, and ministry partners.

Plan and execute events, coordinate weekly programs with student ministry team, manage small groups, develop and manage social media communications, train student and adult volunteers, counsel teens within ministry and manage administrative office tasks.

Teach Sunday School for Pre-K through 5th graders. Lead small group discussion. Run children's ministry during church services weekly. Prepare activities and eliminate anything that would cause stress or disorganization for weekly volunteers. Create lively and safe atmosphere for families. Assist in planning events.

Lead program activities daily during the summer Service Camp. Facilitate small group discussions. Visit service sites throughout Pittsburgh to encourage volunteers and obtain photographs and video.
