I am an ambitious, young professional who has already developed a strong technical background in mechanical equipment and maintenance and reliability engineering. I am currently building on those technical skills and expanding my experience in program and project management. I have been able to cultivate and maintain excellent professional relationships with all levels of a business through liaising with clients, manufacturers, maintenance, operations, engineering departments, and management to ensure projects and maintenance activities are executed accurately and efficiently.Some of my strengths include:>Maintenance and Reliability: I have developed a strong background in reliability engineering including the use of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), condition monitoring, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs), and other various methods to maximize equipment availability and production while minimizing maintenance costs.>Program/Project Management: I am experienced in developing and managing fleet maintenance-related projects and programs. In addition, I have refined my skills in budgeting and completing cost-benefit analyses through having worked on many high-dollar value maintenance projects.>Leadership: I have successfully led cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.>Design Proficiency: I am fluent in creating standardized drawings and models in AutoCAD and SolidWorks and have experience working with many ASME and API codes.>Software Fluency: I have exceptional skills with the entire Microsoft Office suite as well as many Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP, Maximo, JDEdwards, and AX>Relationship building and communication : Having experience in many sectors and as a contractor, consultant, and employee of an owner/operator, I am well-equipped and enjoy representing and communicating with any part of a business.
