The programs and projects I lead are typically cross-functional and multi-disciplinary, synthesising complex ideas and requiring excellent stakeholder management, clear communication skills to C-suite executives, boards, working teams and external clients and vendors.I have a track record of successfully recruiting, building, and leading new teams to high performance, with inclusion and diversity at the heart of how I ideate both team and customer experiences, principally in digital technology, employment, finance, health, education, training, research, and innovation. Post grad agile project management certification from McGill University, with executive leadership certifications completed at University of Toronto's (Rotman) and Queens University's (Smith) business schools in Canada.
