Responsible for assisting Project Managers on a number of frameworks in delivering their projects on time and to budget through the application of standard processes. Key skills and responsibilities include: • Invoice management & monitoring of charge rates• Ensuring correct cost allocation • Ensuring projects comply with quality standards and undertaking internal project audits• Monitoring aged debt• Job setup and close out • Processing of purchase orders and sub-consultant invoices• Revenue / gross margin monitoring• Monthly Project Financial Reviews• Preparation of client specific monthly reports• Preparation and tracking of Change Controls / Early Warnings• Financial input into monthly Operational Project Reviews
