- Advise BoD’s on all matters relevant to the effective running of Forthspring e.g. Policy, Strategy, Finance, Legal, Personnel, Governance, etc & to ensure decisions and actions agreed at BoD’s meetings are effectively implemented- Provide strategic direction to the organization and its departments/functions including setting and monitoring performance targets, planning and allocating work to ensure delivery against this.- Manage risk, H&S, Quality and Compliance- Ensure effective communication and understanding of our vision, mission, values, objectives and KPI’s.- Lead on strategic thinking and planning to ensure effective development of services.
