This role was voluntarily saught out in order to further my marketing experience within an agency setting. While at this internship, I assisted with the following: • Creating of buyer personas for clients• Note taking • Reception duties • Website health checks • UX journey • Evaluating basic SEO on site• Content management

Here I worked alongside my manager, carrying out all the same tasks as the main childminder would undertake in a home environment. My duties entailed;• Looking after large groups of children from the ages of 6 months plus• Being responsible for making sure the children are in a safe and clean environment.• Maintaining a healthy eating approach when feeding the children snacks and lunch• Keeping the children clean and sanitary e.g. changing nappies, enforcing basic hygiene practices such as washing hands regularly• Preparing food and snacks to then feed the children (whether it be by spoon feeding or allowing the older children to feed themselves)• We were also responsible for potty training any children that were ready or in the early stages of doing so.

In this position I worked as a Sales Assistant. Some of the key aspects in this role were;• Greeting and serving customers whilst making sure they had a pleasant experience• Assisting customers with any queries.• Handling cash and card payments• Managing stock, rotating stock, monitoring stock and placing orders when necessary

In this position I was required to;• Serve all customers that came into the store• Handle cash and operate card machines• Assist all customers with queries• Distribute and rotate stock

I worked mainly as a Waitress when working here. Some of my daily duties included;• Serving food and drink to a bustling venue full of tourists• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all guests during and after their meal• Handling cash and card payments• I was also required to prepare some desserts for the menu as well. Whilst working here I also worked as a housekeeper in the hotel rooms. This role included;• Cleaning all the rooms and bathrooms to a high standard• Changing bed sheets and putting together the beds• Hoovering and ironing
