My job is to help my customers getting the most out of what they have within Mentimeter. I therefore focus on increasing adoption and usage within my customer portfolio. I do this by analysing data, listening, understanding and, based on each customers story and use cases, provide advise and tips and tricks. I work with some of our largest customers and I am also running internal initiatives to even further improve Customer Success at Mentimeter (which by the way is pretty awesome already). I worked with making sure my customers were successful when using Cornerstone system. This means that I helped them to review their own internal HR processes, adapting to new functionality, running workshops and being the one they can go to for questions. The Cornerstone system consists of Learning, Performance, Recruiting, Core and HR modules. I'm worked with approximately 10 of our largest customers who have their HQ somewhere in the Nordics. I implemented and adapted ReachMee recruiting system for new customers and made sure existing customers would receive as much value as possible out of ReachMee in their day-to-day work by providing guidance in personal meetings and online. I was responsible for a portfolio of approximately 100 customers ranging from 2 to 25 000 employees in both the public and private sector.
