• Earned exclusive membership into the LPS, working to reconcile the wrongs that W&M has carried out against the African American community. • Analyzes materials across time to contribute to eliminate unconscious bias in curriculum.

• Director of Bray School Lab, Dr. Elgersman Lee, personally sought out and hired me to the team of Student Thought Partners at the Bray School Lab. • My passion for DEI work in the context of history-creation motivated the executive team to create a research project for me: mapping and analyzing the effects of the Bray schools across the North Atlantic at large.

• With an integrated project plan, conducted archival, primary, and secondary research, leveraging multiple technologies to carry out multimedia analysis, saving 10 weeks in process by changing the research method.• Organized existing research, conducted original research that led to new discoveries, propelling the project forward within an already limited time frame. • Presented genealogical research to the board and executive leadership, who incorporated them into the project’s structure.

• Collaborated with the Panhellenic board to hold our community accountable to guidelines. • Designed and processed all merchandise, including PR and themed items, gaining approval by the executive supervisor.

• Coordinated a high-volume studio program and selected by leadership as repertoire for key meetings. • Created and edited a schedule for an upcoming traveling exhibition, conducted research for upcoming exhibitions under Senior Curator.
