After leaving the customer service industry to break into Biomedical Science, I found job satisfaction and career progression in an unexpected place.I came back to a customer-focused role unexpectedly and found that my degree and additional life experience had equipped me with transferrable skills; and now I use them to try to make sure that when they come to Willows, they have a joyful and memorable day.I have several years experience in positions of people management, training and improving customer service in different environments.
