Responsible for the preparation, production and execution of VIM’s in-person fashion events. Acts as a main source of communication between VIM and the Apparel and Textile Design (ATD) program. Showcase the designs of ATD students at several events throughout the year, with the end of the year fashion show being the main focus.

Making sure that the organization presents itself in a light that is right and worthy of the firmly held beliefs. Assisting all Executive Board members. Maintaining the fraternity’s Constitution. Organizing the theoretical and procedural framework of the fraternity. Planning and carrying out the annual Formal Dance, Hayride, and Initiation. Provide the Executive Board with recommendations as to what direction to take in regards to disciplinary actions.

Responsible for keeping the fraternity organized and running smoothly. Taking attendance at all meetings and events. Creating and maintaining email lists. Recording members’ requirements and providing information in regards to points when requested. Informing members of their membership status and handling probation proceedings. Scheduling rooms as needed. Keep minutes/notes.

Responsible for fostering and promoting the needs of members as student of Michigan State University. Holding mandatory weekly study hours for pledges and members. Providing a reasonable number of resources, which may include LSAT prep, class reviews, study tips, etc. Hosting a self-care event or general meeting once a semester which focuses on providing mental health resources, as well as providing mental health resources throughout the semester. Helping members when they voice academic concerns.

Advise students for any case in the University Judicial System, where a licensed lawyer is not allowed. Offers assistance and advice to students as they work towards resolving various university disputes. Trained to interview, prepare, and act as counsel for students during University hearings for violations of ordinances and regulations. Help students prepare their case, answer any questions about the structure of Michigan State University judicial system and review possible arguments.
