    • Managed Tesco Charity Partnership worth €5 million over 5 years.o Worked closely with Tesco to devise and implement fundraising strategy and communication plan to achieve fundraising targets and to create awareness of the partnership.o Engaged with Tesco employees across Ireland to motivate and raise funds for Temple Street.o Managed a team of Regional Coordinators who make regular store visits and provide support to Tesco staff across Ireland.• From 2017-2019 project managed our largest corporate fundraising event Techies4TempleStreet which raised over €850,000 for the hospital; key responsibilities included managing workload of the Techies Team, implementation of recruitment strategy, recruit and account manage sponsors, manage relationship with venues and events management company, develop and implement communication strategy to drive awareness of the event, tracking of expenditure and financial targets.• In 2018 projected managed Temple Street’s partnership with Christmas FM (CFM) which raised €410,000 for the hospital, at the time this was the highest raised since the station began; key responsibilities included, managing workload of the team, management of the relationship with CFM, development of messaging and content for broadcasting purposes, implementation of communication strategy and managing requirements for Donation Day. • Oversaw the management of 100 corporate partnerships which included companies such as Zendesk, Woodies, Primark and Oracle.• Liaised closely with organisations to tailor a charity partnership which meets the companies CSR objectives and engages their employees though fundraising and volunteering initiatives.• Monitored and tracked expenditure and financial targets for the Corporate Department.• Managed workload of Corporate Partnership Executive and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and objectives through weekly meetings.
