My main responsibilities were performing beauty therapy treatments, general salon duties and building up my client base. Over the following 10 years the salon was bought out by re-aqua/Dove Spa and saw my career progress to senior therapist, assistant manager and finally salon manager in 2005. My responsibilities included day to day running of the salon, team management, stock taking and replenishment, event organisation, plus all target projections and P&L's. In 2007 I was also made Northern Trainer for Dove Spa, a new range of products and treatments designed in collaboration with the global brand Unilever.
