Alongside my work managing and nurturing the touring profiles of my clients, I lead on the co-ordination of sales within the busy Tours & Projects department. This is a new role at the company that I am developing through innovation and experience, with the aim of strengthening our touring strategy through focused and co-ordinated sales approaches. I am at the forefront of widening our network of international contacts, as well as supporting Project Managers and line management of 2 Project Administrators.In addition I am fully invested in forging Askonas Holt's emerging sustainability strategy and I lead the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion working group.

Working with a roster of world-class orchestras and ensembles, to plan, manage and deliver international touring projects across Europe, Asia, the US, South America, the Middle East and Australia. Planning, managing and producing international tours with a specialism in the ground-breaking ensembles of Venezuela’s El Sistema program. The role encompassed logistical and operational management, including booking flights, hotels and transport, producing schedules, managing budgets, tax and visa paperwork, arranging cargo transportation and general firefighting / problem-solving.
