Emma Blanchard Email and Phone Number
Emma Blanchard is a Student Procedures Manager at University of Hertfordshire. Colleagues describe them as "During my time working as an Investigating Officer at University of Hertfordshire, I had the privilege of being managed by Emma, who truly became my big sister. What stands out most about Emma is her ability to balance professionalism with genuine care. She looked out for my wellbeing, always taking time to speak like a human rather than simply focusing on metrics or targets. Yet, she never let those goals slip – rather, she found a way to help me reach them while encouraging me to bring my own personality to the table, allowing for an environment where I could both excel in my role and grow as an individual. Her supportive nature and open communication style built an atmosphere of respect and trust, making our work relationship feel more like a family. I am deeply grateful to have had her mentorship and am confident she will be an asset to any team lucky enough to work with her. And Jealous of whoever works with her."
