Provide quality system level assessments and reviews, author and facilitate change requests• Confirms the completeness, accuracy and consistency of all work so that it meets the standards of quality. Identify errors and inconsistencies and initiate resolution to ensure high quality• Supports functional area managers in internal audit response activities and provide support to Senior Management for all internal third-party audits• Represents the QA group in continuous improvement committees or working groups, incorporates process improvement tools to guide working groups, and facilitates first pass acceptance of identified deliverables
Quality Control Microbiologist I
• Plays an essential role in supporting filling operations of critical IV medications• Qualified to work in aseptic cleanrooms• Fluent in aseptic techniques• Uses contact plates and settle plates to conduct environmental monitoring of specific cleanrooms and supporting areas• Carries out personnel monitoring on employees working in aseptic core• Operates Surface Air Samplers (SAS) for viable particle monitoring• Operates Lasair III machines for nonviable particle monitoring• Collects data and writes reports for investigations of deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs)• Executes retrieval and entry of environmental monitoring data in MODA FDC and LIMS• Verifies and checks environmental monitoring data in MODA EM and LIMS• Performs gowning qualifications on essential staff• Provides training for new hires
