Act as Senior Counsel in the Marketplace division of EquityZen, for which I manage the sales of private company shares through private placements. My responsibilities include managing deals from a legal perspective, drafting and negotiating relevant private placement documentation and agreements, drafting and cooridnating regulatory filings under SEC and FINRA rules and regulations, and manging internal and external relations and expectations.
