Overseeing the WBL arm of Stockton Riverside College including business development both apprenticeships and commercial provision, marketing, performance management, quality and compliance. Working on behalf of the Directorate of the college the challenge will be growth and meeting the emerging trends facing the FE sector.

North East

Responsible for the operational performance, quality and compliance of the business - predominantly work based learning government funded apprenticeship programmes, commercial training and subcontracted provision. Managing a team of tutors delivering various frameworks across the north east. Raising performance levels and improving responsiveness to our employers through individualised teaching and learning has been a key role and the results have shone through - Grade 2 2013, following 30 years at Grade 3.

Stockton On Tees

Responsible for the implementation of their Train to Gain contract and existing LSC provision. Maximising contractual outputs adhering to external party compliance requirements - role included business development, quality control, training, staffing and resourcing and contract management in this third sector organisation.

Spennymoor

This role was within local government, responsible for the sections youth programmes in several occupational areas. Appertaining to the youth contract for apprenticeship programmes, overseeing performance of a delivery team, leading and implementing change and ensuring quality of provision across my area.

Responsible for following KPI's set out for delivery of several occupational areas in Apprenticeship programmes as well as adhering to quality systems and processes within this private sector north east based company.
