Emma is an extremely experienced Senior Manager in EYs Infrastructure practice. Example projects include:Digital Railway: ~£50bn Transformation Programme- Digital railway aims to release up to 40 percent more capacity on the network, improve reliability and increase connectivity. - Emma improved delivery confidence, reduced programme risks, increased engagement and delivered results. Implementing a programme governance approach, rewriting the management case for the business case and was customer experience lead.Major Transport Organisation: Programme Audit- Emma led an independent review to identify the underlying issues that culminated in a ~£500m overspend on major infrastructure programmes. - She produced a report prior to the Public Accounts Committee review detailing underlying issues and provided recommendations to prevent future occurrences.Highways England: Change Management- Emma led a change management project for asset management and information, to increase return on investment and effectiveness in the organisation. This included vision, case for change, scope, benefits management, stakeholder engagement and business readiness.Transport for Greater Manchester: Customer Smart Programme- Emma was responsible for multi-operator and multi-modal (bus, tram and rail) phases of a large customer focused smart ticketing programme. One of the most ambitious and complex Smart programmes in Europe at the time.- Managing various stakeholders and a team to develop the customer proposition, commercial arrangements and technical solution. She also produced an options paper and roadmap to advise how to deliver the programme without the IT partner, in case they were unable to fulfil contractual obligations.- As rail lead for Smart Cities Programme, Emma engaged all the Transport Authorities in the North of England, the DfT and Commercial Operators for smart on rail in the North. She also provided smart oversight for two rail franchise agreements.

JCI Manchester is a voluntary personal development organisation for young professionals and entrepreneurs aged between 18 and 45. It is a local organisation which is part of a wider dynamic global network called Junior Chamber International (JCI). It aims to develop the knowledge, skills and networks of its members by organsing events in their free time focused on business, training, community, social and international themes. I joined JCI in 2010 as Business Director, following this I become Vice President and in 2012 I held the position of President with overall responsibility for the leadership and management of JCI Manchester. In 2012 44 events were organised in Manchester including the highly regarded Manchester Young Talent Awards, membership grew by 50% and JCI members took part in Tough Mudder to raise money for the Halle's community based projects.

Emma was responsible for growing Telefonicas consultancy business. Developing consultancy tools which could be utilised in business development and delivery. Training members of staff and winning new business.

Emma joined BT on the graduate scheme from 2007 to 2009, she subsequential joined the consultancy practice. Emma consistently exceeded her objectives and was identified as a top performer consequentially she was a member of the BT Talent Programme.Department for Work and Pensions: Proposition Development £237m- Leading a multidisciplinary team of eight to develop a new proposition. Emma managed customer, partner and supplier relationships.- Developing the business case and proof of concept, this included requirements capture, future operating model design and process definition.BT: Contract and Service Relationship Manager- Working with BT account teams Emma identified where BT could increase profit by £6.3m. She also turned around under performing accounts in the business, moving red alert accounts to green status in under 6 months.- Emma managed a team of 8 and matrix managed a team of 40 across Europe to realise £2.2m of benefits following process improvements. Local Government Clients- Emma produced a work style transformation business case for 700 staff. She led client centred customer engagements e.g workshops, focus groups, stakeholder interviews.- She developed benefit realisation plans with service leads to enable £1.2m of cashable benefits.Ministry of Justice: Strategy Development- Emma developed thought leadership resulting in a £700m competitive tender.- She captured customer requirements, mapped as is and to be processes and deified benefits. Firefox Bid - Working with a lead consultant, on a bid worth £140m where sustainability was worth 15% (£21m).- I worked with SMEs to develop and produce the sustainability solution and bid response documentation.

Tendering and awarding energy contracts for the education sector, I had responsibility for a portfolio of customers in the North of England and Scotland (approx £25m).
