Working as part of a front-line team in a customer service-oriented environment to investigate, assess and report on quality issues and non-compliances of inbound shipments.• Support the logistics and category teams, and vendors by performing corrective work on problem loads, such as relabeling, re-palletizing, and repackaging non-compliant shipments. • Follow the Standard Operating Procedure for coordinating direct delivery products to be processed by QA chemical and sensory.• Use practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and 17025 LCBO Packaging Standards and Guidelines for Chemical Analysis and Canadian Association of Liquor Jurisdictions (CALJ) to assess non-compliant vendor corrective action and charges.• Facilitate third party pick-ups of recalled defective stock and customer complaints from grocery store locations.• Develop strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external clients by providing further explanation for non-compliances, assisting with possible solutions and communicating via telephone and email.• Process Defective Stock Reports.• Develop filing systems and archived all non-essential paperwork.
