In my role with MPA Recruitment, I specialised in recruiting for both Public and Private Sector companies. Recruiting for both Permanent and Temporary vacancies within the professional services sector we aimed to provide an excellent recruitment service to both Clients and Candidates alike.

Recruitment Management First point of contact for recruitment of all temporary roles within Ulster Bank ( Northern Ireland/ ROI)Consulting with the hiring managers to ensure correct Governance/approval has been received for each role before the role is issued to Grafton Ensuring a detailed job description, is provided and agree time scales and obligations for the resourcing process are discussed with the Hiring Manager Registering new candidates on a daily basis.On Site Co-ordination Building strong and productive relationships within the client base. Working with the Recruitment team proactively sharing knowledge and experiences with the aim of continually improving current processes and procedures. Working as part of a dynamic and flexible team structure, supporting other team members when needed. Ensuring that all Client interviews for candidates are organised, liaising between line managers, candidates and suppliers Ensuring that recruitment procedures are adhered to by all parties Resolving service-associated issues, escalating as required. Holding regular Client meetings across the geographical coverage of the Account. Routine meetings diarised in conjunction with the Account Manager on weekly /monthly/ quarterly basis All new Hiring Managers met on receipt of RAF or on request for support on a future role/current query Coordinating MSP as required Candidate Management Providing a high level of worker and candidate care ensuring frequent communication with each Where required to support the Grafton Account Team, conduct registration interviews and take up PES documents in line with Contract requirements Administration duties including; accurate update of divisional spreadsheets, internal spreadsheets, documentation to support in recruitment on boarding, weekly updates etc Ensuring all records are kept in line with legislative requirements

Candidate/ Bank Staff ManagementCoordinating shift bookings for all staff on a daily basis with all Trusts, Private Care Homes and Clinics.
