This included end to end process flows and controls, a primary and special servicing manual which outlined the organisation overarching approach to its CRE undertakings, and standard operating procedures.~ Supporting the project management and implementation of a regulatory driven restitution review. This review involved identifying whether the Bank’s sales processes met with CBI standards under the Consumer Protection Code 2006. It encompassed the identification, retrieval and testing of all ‘in-scope’ sales files, the calculation and processing of refund payments where necessary and the periodic communication to the bank’s customers throughout the duration of the project (>12 months).
