Summary of my responsibilities on key client engagements include:~ Leading out on the development of a To Be operating model around the specialist servicing processes and policy for a loan book being newly on-boarded. ~ Establishing and leading the Project Management Office (PMO) for the design phase of a transformation programme.~ Providing project management support for a pension migration project with a key focus on organising and alligning a multi-party MI… Show more Summary of my responsibilities on key client engagements include:~ Leading out on the development of a To Be operating model around the specialist servicing processes and policy for a loan book being newly on-boarded. ~ Establishing and leading the Project Management Office (PMO) for the design phase of a transformation programme.~ Providing project management support for a pension migration project with a key focus on organising and alligning a multi-party MI process.~ Creating a variety of documentation relating to the activities undertaken by the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team of a relatively new Financial Services (FS) entrant to the Irish market. This included end to end process flows and controls, a primary and special servicing manual which outlined the organisation overarching approach to its CRE undertakings, and standard operating procedures.~ Supporting the project management and implementation of a regulatory driven restitution review. This review involved identifying whether the Bank’s sales processes met with CBI standards under the Consumer Protection Code 2006. It encompassed the identification, retrieval and testing of all ‘in-scope’ sales files, the calculation and processing of refund payments where necessary and the periodic communication to the bank’s customers throughout the duration of the project (>12 months). The manual governed day to day operations of servicing the SPV & obligations of third party provider. ~ Project managing the deleverage of assets (c€350m) off a Banks books. Dedicated project management and administration was provided to ensure the banks two key objectives were met in the required timeframe. The objectives were: 1)The successful completion of two bond buybacks and cancellation in advance of the transfer of assets; and 2)The transfer of a pre-selected pool of Residential Buy To Lets (RBTLs), from the bank to a newly established SPV.~ Providing project structure and documentation re the incorporation of hedge accounting processes into a Bank to ensure consistency with parent group.~ Improving the accuracy and consistency of a Bank’s securitisation related data and producing summary reports detailing the issues uncovered and recommendations actioned.
