- Sell tickets and provide information to guests at the National Training Complex.- Greet guests in a friendly manner as they enter/exit the NTC. - Operate scoreboards, sound systems, and GameChanger during USA Baseball events. - Work with the Senior Director, NTC Operations to assist in day-to-day operations at the National Training Complex which includes: signage, overseeing hospitality tents, and stocking dugouts with event needs, including: Water coolers, Gatorade product, baseballs, and other items needed for various National Teams and events.

- Manage and supervise facility attendants during shifts to ensure effective operations of the Student Union Fitness Center and Carter Gym- Assist in managing a 9,000 square foot fitness space that meets the needs of over 1,500 patrons weekly- Complete daily shift reports to keep accurate records of completed tasks, accidents, and/or incidents- Assist in training new facility attendants on proper policies and procedures- Monitor and enforce all facility rules and regulations- Provided first aid as needed to patrons

Semester long internship that involved getting players equipment ready for practice and games, helped set up and break down the field for practices and home games, laundry, loaded and unloaded the equipment truck for away games.

- Learned the day to day operations of youth baseball- Controlled in game audio including announcing players and coaches and managed walk up music- Maintained a clean facility- Interacted with the public on through out the week of each tournament- Opener and closer of the facility- Helped in the retail, food and beverage and grounds work sections when needed
