For over a year, I have been leading the Proactive Economic Crime Team (PECT) at Tarian ROCU, the Regional Organised Crime Unit for South Wales, Dyfed Powys and Gwent Police. With almost 30 years of law enforcement experience, I have developed a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes in complex and high-profile investigations involving fraud, money laundering, bribery, and corruption.I am passionate about advancing my skills and knowledge in the field of economic crime, and I hold multiple prestigious credentials, such as Accredited Counter Fraud Manager, Specialist Fraud Investigator, and Virtual Currency Investigator. I also mentor and coach my team members, ensuring they follow the best practices and policies in their work. My mission is to protect the community from the harms of financial crime and cybercrime, and to collaborate with local, national, and international partners to achieve this goal. I am currently studying for a diploma in Anti-Money Laundering to further enhance my expertise.
