It was my responsibility to serve food and drink at the Beach Bar and the food court to all Crealy guests, during the day and evening hours. I was also trained on the Lavazza bar, serving barista style coffee and ice cream to guests during the day time opening hours. Alongside serving guests, I have helped to prepare the bar, tills, and lunch items before the park opened, and clean the food court after closing time.

I often assisted with the campaign’s third-party team, helping them to coordinate delivery with couriers, and to resolve delivery disputes or investigations via email. This role helped me to develop a better awareness of my tone of voice, and a greater patience when faced with a difficult situation.

This was a temporary back-office role on the John Lewis campaign, manually processing the thousands of returns and refunds that had accumulated during the company's transfer to another refund system. After my team had completed this task, I was given the role of arranging suitable deliveries and installations for products that had been purchased during the Black Friday sales and the Christmas period. During this term of employment, I learned to work on my time management and my organisational ability, since I had to balance my studies with my job.
