Recruiting the Client Side Team, for the detailed design and construction phase for the Gas Transmission Pipeline (GTP) for the Gladstone Liquified National Gas (GLNG) project• Sole Recruitment Specialist on the construction phase of the gas transmission pipeline, working to tight deadlines. • End to end recruitment of oil and gas pipeline specialists for the Santos GLNG project (Currently Project Value is $18.5 Billion) • Recruitment of niche and specialised roles requiring international search, head hunting and innovative sourcing methods in order to obtain results quickly. • Completing weekly updates to both project team and key stakeholders within Santos GLNG Management and coordination of external partners.• Contract management duties including making recommendations, keeping abreast of trends within FIFO workforce, advising on legislation, weekly contract meetings and dispute resolution.
