About Emma Erwin

Consultant and Project Manager at Insyte Partners, a transformation consultancy that accompanies organizations who want to innovate, align around shared vision or take collective action. Aspirant community planner deeply committed to centering community voices in equitable economic development, especially housing justice. I interned with the Citizens Planning Institute at the Philadelphia City Planning Commission, specializing in program management, marketing and outreach, community engagement, and materials preparation. I am now a proud member of the CPI Advisory Board. I studied American Studies at the University of Notre Dame as an undergrad. My Senior Thesis addressed how historic preservation multiplied and codified social and economic inequality between St. Joseph and Benton Harbor, MI. I also analyzed how preservation has the capacity to spark transformation in and between these Twin Cities.
