I am a graduate analyst, working within the product analytics space at Quantium. In this role, I assist the team in driving uplift in revenue for major retail partners, through the development of a market-leading product. I graduated from a Master’s in Data Science from Monash University in 2021, and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Melbourne in 2018, which has helped me to develop a diverse skillset, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. I am also consistently working to develop my soft skills and technical abilities as I learn and grow within the industry.I have demonstrated experience in customer service, having spent almost 5 years working in the hospitality and retail industries. During this time, I worked as a function manager for a wedding reception venue, leading a team of staff to ensure that functions ran smoothly, which helped me develop strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills. Recently, I was fortunate enough to help with the creation and promotion of a COVID-19 information and awareness website, which reached over 4 million users within the first two weeks of its launch.
