my responsibilities include calling people about their appointments the next day making sure they are happy for it to go ahead and check we have the correct address. I also sent out quotations to customers with prices and information about everything they would be getting. Another thing i do is call people about boiler services and book appointments in. As well as this i contact people about the results of their EPC and how they can save money, i also answer calls on option 5 and try and help with any questions they have or transfer them to the correct member of staff.
